This mixed student house has 8 rooms for international students. The house is a mixture of man / woman / BsC students / MsC students /phD students / ex-students. All are welcome. Students are from all kind of countries. Most people are at the moment (at least till May 2021) from south Europe

Students like to stay here because they like to live other students. During the last 2 years this seems to be a benifit as well. The house is located in the center of Delft. Shops, restaurants, cafe’s and train station are all next door and within a few minutes. TU Delft starts just outside of the city center. The TU has a length of a few kilometers, but the first building starts at a 10 minutes walk. 

Period of stay is flexible and depends on what you need. Extending of the rental agreement is most of the time possible with the notice period within the agreement.

You will get your furnished student room. There is an internet connection in your room. There is also a speedy wifi in the house. Cooking is central on the ground floor. Also is there a shared washing machine.
